4. Use of Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Providing our coaching and marketing services
Marketing and promotional activities, including SMS/text message communications where you have provided consent
Improving internal processes
Conducting analytics to enhance our services
5. SMS/Text Messaging Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number, for example by submitting an inquiry form on our website, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us at that number. These messages are primarily follow ups relating to the inquiry you have submitted, such as responding to your questions, providing further information about our services, or scheduling a call.
Platform. We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform to send and manage SMS/text communications. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your mobile number and related consent records solely to deliver the messaging services we have configured.
Consent. By submitting your mobile number through one of our inquiry forms or other consent mechanisms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is generally limited to follow up messages relating to the inquiry you have submitted to us. You should not expect to receive an ongoing or fixed number of messages per month, as messaging is inquiry driven rather than scheduled.
Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to messages you receive from us.
Opting out. You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages from us unless you submit a new inquiry or opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details in Section 12 below.
No sharing of SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data collected for text messaging purposes with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with subcontractors and service providers, such as GoHighLevel, who support our provision of the messaging service itself. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than facilitating the SMS/text service you have opted into.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
